Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Warrant Claims Advisor to join their team. As a Warrant Claims Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance with warranty claims, ensuring efficient after-sales support, and addressing customer queries.

  • Process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Gather all necessary documentation and information for warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with customers, dealers, and internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues and inquiries.
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers with after-sales support, addressing their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to review and assess warranty claims for validity.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and associated documentation.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of warranty processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall enhancement of customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warranty claims or customer service role within the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve warranty-related issues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing warranty claims and maintaining documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of caravan manufacturing or recreational vehicle industry is desirable.

Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 CTC per month.
