Job Description

Ashok Leyland Centurion is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and determine their service requirements.
  • Provide information and advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
  • Upsell additional services and accessories to customers when appropriate.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on Ashok Leyland vehicle specifications, features, and service procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with automotive service software and systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
