Job Description

Our client is a leading player in the Digital Advertising technology industry, known for their cutting-edge solutions and exceptional international brands. They are currently expanding into the South African market and seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that is shaping the future of digital advertising. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with key media agencies and strategic advertisers.

Your responsibilities will include the end-to-end sales process, from lead prospecting to negotiating and closing deals. This role offers an attractive remuneration package with a salary range of R50k-R60k per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead prospecting, scheduling pitch meetings, answering client inquiries, and preparing sales materials.
  • Develop and diversify the client portfolio to expand the company’s presence in the South African market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and media agencies.
  • Organize and attend daily meetings with clients and media agencies.
  • Present the company’s product offerings for digital advertising.
  • Attend social events to expand your network and generate business opportunities.
  • Manage sales forecasts and work towards achieving revenue targets for assigned accounts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A real “hunting” mentality and passion for sales tasks, including prospecting, meetings, product presentations, and networking events.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational abilities.
  • Dynamic attitude and proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Experience in selling digital solutions for advertisers, such as video, display, traffic, native, and programmatic.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • Positive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
