Our client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team in Cape Town. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient processing of sales orders and providing exceptional customer service within a technical industry. Y

our organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with valued customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and generate insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and handling general tasks.
  • Utilize CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite for data management and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor and update sales data, including sales forecasts and targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales support or related administrative positions within engineering companies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional education in business administration or a related field is a definite plus.
