Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads to achieve predetermined sales targets.
  • Organize and present sales proposals to new and existing clients, negotiating and closing contracts.
  • Foster strong relationships with the existing customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate positive rate increases year on year in line with company targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales achievements and opportunities.
  • Achieve optimal sales profitability through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Research and explore sources for developing prospective clients.
  • Develop comprehensive quotations and proposals for existing and prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitive activities to effectively position the company’s offerings.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Assist and guide clients in selecting the most suitable products that meet their unique business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric qualification
  • Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Work experience in selling services is highly desirable.
  • Valid Driver’s License with own vehicle for travel purposes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in a competitive sales environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary in the range of ZAR276,000 to ZAR300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
