Our client is looking for a Sales Product Specialist with expertise in the Renal Disease Market to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-line sales and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Your knowledge of the medical industry, coupled with your sales and technical skills, will contribute to promoting the company’s innovative medical technology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform periodic health checks on key customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Focus on customer renewals and work closely with account managers during regional visits, providing expert insights and support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in renal disease management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales within the renal disease market would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the medical industry in roles such as Application Support, Technical Operations, or Sales (Clinical, Technical, Medical Capital Equipment, Medical Systems in Theatre, Clinics, Medical Institutes).
  • Proven track record of delivering top-line sales and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide expert insights to customers.
  • Proactive approach to tender management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
