Renowned for their commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer relationships, our client offers an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team.

The company is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commitment to delivering exceptional products and services.

Joining the company’s dynamic team, you will lead and guide a nationwide team of sales consultants to achieve sales objectives, develop effective sales strategies, and foster strong client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a distinguished high-end furniture and homeware brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to optimize revenue generation and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead and guide a nationwide team of sales consultants to achieve sales objectives and maintain productive and professional relationships with stores, including sales consultants and store managers.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop business relationships.
  • Offer timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ evolving needs, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Procurement departments to maintain brand consistency and keep stores updated on new product launches.
  • Identify new markets for the company’s products and services, leveraging industry contacts and market insights to drive growth.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve specific objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate store performance and provide constructive feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Align stock mix and levels with sales targets to ensure optimal inventory management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the high-end furniture or homeware industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data skills, ideally with experience working with Excel.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot Sales Professional would be an advantage.
