Our client is looking for a Sales Executive Pre-Owned Vehicles with 5-10 years of experience in the motor industry, particularly at the dealership level. As part of the company’s dynamic team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all sales and promotional activities for the pre-owned vehicle brand.

This role requires achieving or surpassing vehicle sales objectives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee all sales and promotional activities for the pre-owned vehicle brand.
  • Achieve or exceed vehicle sales objectives, considering customer requirements, workflow processes, systems, and related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s financial and OEM requirements.
  • Successfully meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
  • Develop and manage sustainable relationships with customers, fostering a culture of customer service excellence.
  • Exceed customer expectations by ensuring timely planning and delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Manage client relationships through the lead/data management system (CMS).
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Support the achievement of performance parameters within the dealership, including Parts, Service, and F&I Departments.
  • Monitor and measure various CMS process elements, such as leads, OTPs, apps, test drives, demos, close deals, closing ratios, lost deals, quality of deal files, and SSI.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the motor industry, specifically at the dealership level.
  • Cross-selling experience with new vehicles is desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of FICA, FAIS, POPIA, and CPA regulations.
  • Proficiency in CMS or similar Dealer Management systems.
  • Vaccine mandates apply based on the company’s risk assessment.
  • Clear record based on various verification checks.
  • Preferred location: East Rand or proximity to the dealership.
