Our client is a global company based in Brazil, specializing in providing AI-powered service platforms for hotels. They are at the forefront of innovation in the hospitality industry, offering cutting-edge solutions to enhance the guest experience and streamline operations.

Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join their remote working team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading AI-powered service platform for hotels.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in prospecting and booking demos with qualified clients in the UK for the Business Development Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with prospects mainly by telephone, email, and social media to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Meet or exceed the assigned call quota per day to ensure a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Act as the first point of contact in the sales process, providing information and answering inquiries about the company’s solutions.
  • Engage prospects and create interest in our innovative service platform, highlighting its benefits and value proposition.
  • Schedule demos with the Business Development Managers, ensuring smooth handover of leads.
  • Analyze personal results and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a highly communicative and collaborative environment, working effectively within a multicultural team.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a passion for taking on challenges to drive sales success.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends and stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Maintain a strong focus on metrics and goals, using data-driven insights to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in a BDR or outbound prospecting role.
  • Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
  • Native English speaker with fluency in additional languages being a plus.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company, demonstrating familiarity with software-as-a-service business models.
  • Hospitality industry knowledge to understand the unique needs and challenges of hotels.
  • Proficiency in using own laptop for work-related tasks.
