Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team and contribute to the growth of their Managed ICT Services division. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and marketing the company’s ICT-related services and solutions. If you are a results-oriented professional who thrives on exceeding targets and driving success in the fast-paced realm of ICT services, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from R30,000 to R35,000 CTC, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, commission and other incentives will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the comprehensive range of ICT-related services and solutions offered by the company/manufacturer.
- Cultivate and expand a robust client portfolio by identifying and engaging with potential customers.
- Continuously identify fresh business prospects and ensure a sustainable pipeline for upcoming deals.
- Address service inquiries and handle complaints from both new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Act as a “brand ambassador” for the company, embodying its brand values and representing it in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities to effectively position the company’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to provide accurate information and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and profitability objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development/Sales role, specifically within the Managed ICT Services industry.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
