Our client is looking for SAIPA qualified Accountants to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the firm, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive accounting services to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
  • Assist clients with tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT and PAYE returns.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective accounting systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure clients’ compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement in clients’ financial processes.
  • Assist clients with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • SAIPA qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience working as an Accountant in a reputable firm.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
