NPPM Properties is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and support our growing team of Estate Agents in the Westrand/Johannesburg area.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing the team’s performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the real estate industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Estate Agents, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement measures as necessary.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, discuss market trends, and share best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, target markets, and competitive strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate sales.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • NQF 4 qualification in Real Estate or a related field is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.

Remuneration:

The Real Estate Sales Manager position offers a competitive salary, including a basic salary and commission structure, to be discussed during the interview process.
