Our client is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date administration related to quality processes.

Your responsibilities will include capturing processing and quality reports, assisting in audits, updating quality reports, maintaining equipment calibration records, and supporting the development of the QC electronic system. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately capture daily processing and quality reports.
  • Process general data into meaningful reports and graphs.
  • Assist in audits, including reviewing records and corrective actions from the previous day.
  • Update quality reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Format documentation to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Update trends relevant to quality purposes.
  • Ensure equipment calibration is conducted before or on the due date.
  • Maintain the Master List for calibrated equipment.
  • Review documents and records when required.
  • Circulate quality reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all quality files are current and kept up to date.
  • Assist in the development of the QC electronic system data sheets.
  • Maintain the Training Matrix and alert relevant departments of required actions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid Code 10 driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a workshop environment.
