Job Description

Our client operates in the pharmaceutical industry and is seeking 2 Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join their team. As a leading company in the sector, they specialize in the development and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

With a strong commitment to improving healthcare outcomes, our client strives to provide innovative solutions that positively impact patients’ lives. As a key member of the sales department, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of the products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the management team.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and trade shows to enhance product knowledge and network with industry professionals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new products, regulations, and treatment guidelines.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
  • Familiarity with the local healthcare market and industry regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
