Our client is looking for an Outbound Insurance Agent to join their team. As an Outbound Insurance Agent, you will play a pivotal role in initiating contact with prospective clients, educating them about insurance products, and tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company and contribute to its growth. The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of R5,500.00, along with commission and incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce them to the insurance products offered by the company.
- Educate clients about various insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions based on their needs.
- Listen attentively to clients’ concerns and requirements, and tailor insurance solutions to address their specific circumstances and risk profiles.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, lead generation campaigns, and referrals.
- Establish rapport and trust with clients by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and expertise in insurance products and industry trends.
- Address client objections or concerns regarding insurance coverage, premiums, or terms, and provide persuasive responses to alleviate their hesitations.
- Effectively present insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the application and enrollment process to secure new business.
- Accurately document client interactions, insurance quotes, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system or database.
- Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics set by the company to drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product enhancements, and competitive offerings through ongoing training and professional development to enhance your sales effectiveness.

- Wealth Management Qualification (beneficial)
