Our client is looking for a talented and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. Join our client’s team and contribute to improving healthcare outcomes through effective sales strategies.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our client’s medical products and services in various locations, including KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Gauteng, and Eastern Cape.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and features of our client’s medical products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential customers and healthcare facilities.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date product information and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with market needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing market insights and recommendations.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote our client’s products.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the medical industry, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc or BCom) in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in Medical Sales, including detailing to healthcare professionals, direct sales, or pharmacy sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical industry and products.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
