Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals living with disabilities to join their dynamic team as Learnership participants. This learnership opportunity offers a chance to acquire valuable skills and hands-on experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Successful candidates will receive a competitive remuneration package, allowances, and other incentives, while undergoing comprehensive training and development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend the learnership program on a daily basis, demonstrating punctuality and commitment.
- Engage in structured learning activities and actively participate in training sessions.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by trainers and mentors.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to group activities.
- Seek clarification when needed and ask questions to deepen understanding.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and achievements.
- Embrace feedback and incorporate it into personal and professional growth.
- Uphold the values of inclusivity, respect, and teamwork.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
- Live with a disability as specified in the provided list of disabilities considered for this learnership.
- Age between 18 and 34 years.
- Have a clear credit record.
- Must not have qualifications ranging from NQF Level 3 to NQF Level 5.
- Available immediately and able to start the learnership without delay.
- Demonstrate regular attendance and the ability to commit to the full duration of the program.
- Provide a CV, valid ID, Grade 12 certificate, vaccination certificate, character testimonial, and medical letter as required for application.
