Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts on a daily basis to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the value of products and services to clients consistently.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, respect, and the delivery of value-added solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account matters, including contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to exceed client expectations and drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client account notes and inventory records.
- Analyze customer behaviour data to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Advocate for client needs to enhance the overall buying experience.
- Identify upsell, renewal, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively address client inquiries and requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to prevent escalation and maintain strong relationships.
- Formulate strategies to meet evolving customer needs and align with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of Account Management experience specific to IT.
- Proven track record of growing business within a customer base.
- Comprehensive product knowledge in areas such as Cybersecurity, Hosting, Cloud, 365, IT managed Services, LAN infrastructure, and Voice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Adaptability to meet changing customer needs.
- Familiarity with the IT industry and market trends.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of R45,000 – R55,000 CTC per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Commission structure based on performance.
