Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts on a daily basis to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the value of products and services to clients consistently.
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, respect, and the delivery of value-added solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account matters, including contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to exceed client expectations and drive successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client account notes and inventory records.
  • Analyze customer behaviour data to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Advocate for client needs to enhance the overall buying experience.
  • Identify upsell, renewal, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Showcase in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively address client inquiries and requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to prevent escalation and maintain strong relationships.
  • Formulate strategies to meet evolving customer needs and align with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of Account Management experience specific to IT.
  • Proven track record of growing business within a customer base.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge in areas such as Cybersecurity, Hosting, Cloud, 365, IT managed Services, LAN infrastructure, and Voice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Adaptability to meet changing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and market trends.

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of R45,000 – R55,000 CTC per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Commission structure based on performance.
