Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Investment Team Assistant/Coordinator to provide invaluable support to the Business Development and Investment teams.

As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring smooth operations. This role offers exposure to the investment industry and the chance to contribute to the success of a national distribution and investments team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate diaries for the Business Development and Investment teams.
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries and managing client communication.
- Maintain the Client Relationship Management system, ensuring accurate client data and facilitating effective client communication.
- Assist with the coordination of industry events and conferences.
- Prepare and format presentations using PowerPoint.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in an administrative/secretarial position, preferably within the Asset Management or Investments sector.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple diaries and coordinating travel logistics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
