Our client, a leading player in the mining industry, is seeking an HR Systems Coordinator to join their team in Limpopo. As an HR Systems Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining HR systems and related technologies.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of HR systems and support the organization’s HR operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of HR systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the systems.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HR users of the systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and streamline processes.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to HR systems and technologies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data compliance and security.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data using the systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of new HR modules or functionalities.
  • Train HR staff on system usage and new features.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • National Diploma/Degree in Network Administration or Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in managing IT systems, programmes, and related technologies in a mining environment.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP, XTIME, and Oracle systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
