Our client is looking for German-speaking 1st line Analysts to join their dynamic team. in Cape Town and Johannesburg As a 1st line Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to clients, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT-related issues.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are fluent in German and English, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.


  • Provide first-line support to clients, responding to inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Log all incidents and service requests accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records of actions taken and resolutions provided.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues and effective communication of updates.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of software and hardware upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing technical knowledge and skills.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT systems, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • South African ID or South African Citizenship is required.
  • No criminal record.
  • Previous experience in a similar technical support or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
