Our client is looking for a skilled Financial Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pinetown, Kwazulu-Natal. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in upholding quality standards while performing various financial tasks. The main purpose of this role is to prepare and analyze cash books, as well as monthly debtors, creditors, and related analyses.

If you have experience working with debtors, creditors, cash books, and possess attention to detail and an investigative background, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Knowledge of SYSPRO and experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be highly advantageous. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze cash books, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Handle monthly debtors and creditors, performing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Conduct various adhoc financial functions as required.
  • Uphold quality standards and comply with relevant financial regulations.
  • Ensure all financial tasks are executed from start to end, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Utilize SYSPRO to perform financial transactions and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Provide support during audits, assisting with financial documentation and analysis.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement recommended changes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments in financial administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working with debtors, creditors, and cash books.
  • Strong attention to detail and investigative background.
  • Proficiency in using SYSPRO for financial transactions and reporting.
  • Experience working in the Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
