Our client is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a vital role in processing and reconciling the cashbook and related accounts on a daily basis.

This position requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve queries promptly. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to the company’s ongoing success. Competitive remuneration and other incentives are available for the selected candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile the cashbook and related accounts on a daily basis.
  • Resolve queries related to cashbook entries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns.
  • Perform general bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

  • Minimum BCom degree with accounting as a major.
