Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing secretarial and office administration support to the Executive Management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage diary appointments, meetings, events, and correspondence.
  • Provide budget administration support.
  • Assist with project administration tasks.
  • Prepare reports and perform secretarial and administrative duties for Executive Management.
  • Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and maintenance, including record keeping.
  • Coordinate the Executive Management office by liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements as required.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Executive Management team.
  • Develop and maintain an events calendar for Executive Management.
  • Coordinate with external customers for Executive Management site visits and events.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with documents, copying, scanning, sending, and taking notes.
  • Prepare facilities for scheduled events from the Executive Management Office, including arranging refreshments if necessary.
  • Assist in ordering office supplies and managing mail and courier services when needed.
  • Adhere to best business practices and etiquette.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Grade 12 qualification, secretarial diploma, or administration diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
