Our client is looking for a skilled Control Room Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various processes within the control room environment.

With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a control room environment, a Senior Certificate, and a Control Room Operator course certificate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control processes within the control room environment.
  • Operate and maintain control room equipment and systems.
  • Handle emergency situations and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Conduct regular checks and inspections of control room equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations.
  • Respond to alarms and take appropriate action as required.
  • Provide support and assistance to field personnel as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or malfunctions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a control room environment.
  • Senior Certificate or equivalent.
  • Control Room Operator course certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of control room operations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with control room equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
