Our client is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the firm, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on business development activities and results.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish and enhance professional connections.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to effectively communicate complex accounting services to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and pitches.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of working with entrepreneurs and understanding their unique needs.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex accounting services to clients.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to business development.
