Our client is looking for a Business Development Associate to drive remote business development initiatives. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in researching potential clients, implementing sales strategies, and managing campaigns. Your efforts will contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.

This is a remote position, and only applicants residing in Gauteng, South Africa, are encouraged to apply. The role offers a competitive salary range of R20,000 – R30,000 per month, including a commission structure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the education sector.
  • Implement business development strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Manage and track sales campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of sales materials and collateral.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
