Ashok Leyland Centurion is seeking experienced Light Commercial New Vehicles Sales Executives to join their dynamic team in Centurion. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Ashok Leyland’s light commercial vehicles to prospective customers. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ashok Leyland Centurion is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Centre Manager to oversee the overall operations of the business centre. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales, customer service, and administrative functions of the business centre. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business centre, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize business processes and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and achieving business targets.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Sound knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license.
