As a trusted name in the automotive sector, they strive to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of BMW enthusiasts. Our client, a leading BMW dealership, is looking for an experienced BMW Parts Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by promoting and selling BMW parts to panel beaters and other relevant stakeholders. This role offers a competitive salary of R12,000 per month, along with commission incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target panel beaters and other potential customers to drive parts sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers regarding BMW parts.
- Conduct sales visits and product presentations to showcase the range of BMW parts.
- Proactively handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest BMW parts and accessories.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Parts Sales Executive, specifically with BMW parts, is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of panel beaters and the automotive repair industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
