Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Process Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Billing Process Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in financial systems and software.

Joining the company’s finance department, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the billing process, supporting the overall financial functions of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process statements and invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Reconcile accounts to resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Maintain and update customer files, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and easily accessible.
  • Process purchase orders and track their status to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Assist with general adhoc duties related to the billing process and other finance-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism.
  • Utilize Sage software to perform billing and reconciliation tasks effectively.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills to organize and analyze data, generating reports as needed.
  • Provide excellent client service, addressing inquiries and resolving billing-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar billing or finance role.
  • Proficiency in using Sage software for billing and financial processes.
  • Strong computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong client service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
