FSG is looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to various departments within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes and maintaining records.
  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.
  • Assist in the coordination of company events and activities.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support the finance department in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office management procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and documentation is a plus.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional certification in administrative support or related field is advantageous.
