FSG is looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to various departments within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes and maintaining records.
- Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and activities.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support the finance department in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office management procedures.
- Familiarity with HR processes and documentation is a plus.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certification in administrative support or related field is advantageous.
