Gardiner Polokwane is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin professional to join our team. As an Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
  • Handle office supply management, inventory control, and procurement.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and client liaison.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
  • Familiarity with event management processes is desirable.
