The Glass Resorting Company (Pty) Ltd is looking for two detail-oriented and organized Admin Clerks to join our dynamic team in Benoni. As an Admin Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting general office administration and operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Assist with inventory management, monitoring supplies, and placing orders as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide administrative support during meetings, including taking minutes and preparing reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in filing and data entry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Reside in Benoni or surrounding areas.
  • Immediate availability to start work.
  • Possess own reliable transport.
